To begin using the uniformsystem.com test drive:

  1. Click here to open the UniformSystem.com Test Drive Login.
  2. Enter the Employee Credentials that you received by email.
  3. Click Continue.

Ordering

You are now logged in as an employee of RB Transport Inc.  We’ll show you how easy it is for an employee to place an order online.

Every employee receives points, which they can
use to purchase uniform pieces.

  1. Add 2 Women’s Golf Shirts, size M, by typing the number “2″ into the box beside item RB1201-M.
  2. Add 1 pair of Women’s Shorts, size 10 by typing the “1″ into the box beside that item.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom, and click continue.

So that you know:
On the order form, we have many options that we can tailor to your company needs.  For example, we can offer preset a selection of preset delivery locations or shipment priority.
We can also limit set limits on the number of uniform pieces of each type that an employee can buy, each calendar year.

The system now offers the user an opportunity to review their order.

If any uniform pieces were selected in error, the employee would be able to go back to make corrections.

This is also where the system indicates when the employee has spent beyond their allocation of uniform points, and offers an opportunity to make adjustments

  • To complete the order, click Continue.

UniformSystem.com will now show a confirmationof a successful order.

That’s all there is to placing an order!

The Online Uniform System can also automatically email employees with a confirmation of their order.
